DELIVERY POLICY
WEBSITE ORDERS
You wont need to wait long for your beautiful artificial flowers to reach you. Just 5-7 working days. If you need your arrangements any quicker then please do drop us an email, we’d be happy to try to expedite where possible.
Owing to the restriction of postage lengths and the lengths of some of our stems. We may have to post them to you with folded stems. These are easily manipulated back to being full length.
At this stage we only ship to the UK. However should you be further afield, again, please do drop us an email and we can discuss your exact requirements.

All our bespoke arrangements and installs are created especially for you, get in touch to hear more about our process!
RETURNS POLICY
Although we believe you will love your & tomorrow faux flowers, we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
WEBSITE ORDERS
We are able to accept returns and offer refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
In the first instance contact us with your order number and reason for return on hello@andtomorrow.studio.
Should you wish to return your product it must be in original condition and original packaging. Please include a copy of your original order.
To return products under this policy simply send by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery (we are unable to accept other forms of delivery) to:

You will need to pay your own shipping costs – which are non-refundable – for returning your item.
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will email you straight away to let you know. Until this point the arrangement remains at your risk.
Provided the items are in original condition we will credit your original method of payment. The time it takes to appear in your account will vary depending on your card issuer. Please note we cannot refund the initial delivery charges incurred.
This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
BESPOKE ORDERS
When we make a bespoke item or an adjusted item from the version seen online, we will offer a consultation to ensure we both have full understanding of the arrangement brief.
In the majroity of cases we will provide mood boards and a sketch of the design pre-making for approval.
A picture of the arrangement will be sent prior to dispatch for the client to approve.
As a bespoke arrangement we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as seen in the approved photograph.
We are also unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless we are notified in writing within 48 hours of the order being placed.
